Kelly, in the office, got my permit very quickly and was super helpful in giving me advice on what to do until the repairs could be made a few days later. Totally recommend Little Tommy's Plumbing! I needed a new water heater and wanted to get consultation, was considering a tankless water heater. They sent a technician over to look at my set-up within a day and within another five days everything was installed and is working fine. The quotes I got seemed to be very competitive, the consultation was great and the installation was smooth.

Tyler from Little Tommy's Plumbing came out to rod out the house line that a potential buyer of our house (after inspection) had requested due to a potential line blockage. Tyler and his apprentice sent the router out nearly 100 feet to confirm that there was no blockage. They were professional, fast, and informative. Great experience and quality work.

I'm a little late in writing this review as we had our work done a few months back! Little Tommy really took care of us and genuinely cares about his customers! We had a slab leak and they were done in a little under 2 days with the work. Any questions I had were always promptly answered. Waukeen did most of the work and he was wonderful. Thankfully, we were able to submit a claim through our insurance and Little Tommy worked on the price with us! We definitely will be calling Little Tommy if we ever need anything in the future!
