I live in Highland Park and have used Little Tommy for over 30 years, starting when he worked for his prior family company. Outstanding service, very polite, very professional. Not the cheapest, but it seems like every good plumber these days is expensive. At least you get what you pay for with Little Tommy. We put in a basement sump pump battery backup a year ago, and the Wi-Fi component is acting up and he is standing behind the merchandise 110%. Good company, good people.

Little Tommy’s comes out quickly and provides excellent service. There was no charge for an estimate of multiple projects, they ordered parts, and Steve quickly came back to fix what was broken. He had to come back one more time because one of the issues needed an additional part through no fault of the plumber. The cost was reasonable and Steve was quick, very knowledgeable, and friendly. I have used Little Tommy’s in the past and would not hesitate to call again.

So, I have a fancy-brand shower faucet that has had a slow drip since Day One of installation—15 years ago. I’d been told it couldn’t be fixed, so I’ve had a watering can under the spout all these years to collect the water for watering my plants. Seriously.
Enter Steve for some other problem in my old house. Long story short, he took out the old cartridge, jiggled it or whatever, and reinstalled it properly. Voila! No more drip! And no expensive replacement cartridge either.
Every time I walk past that shower, I cannot believe my eyes. The guy is a genius! Thanks, Steve!

Called due to 2nd floor toilet leaking and water going into our business on the first floor. Josh came out within the hour and figured out the reason was due to the tenant using “flushable wipes,” and they were blocking the pipe, causing a back-pressure issue. We now have it written that tenants can only use TP, nothing else, or they will be responsible for all damages incurred. He was professional and proficient and got the water to stop flooding the first floor pretty quickly.

Little Tommy's is back and once again they have done a GREAT job. I am raising their review to 5 stars. Joaquin is a wonderful plumber. He is thorough and careful while doing the work. Very neat and cleans up so you can't tell he was here. In the last 2 weeks, we have had them replace a plumbing drain from a powder room that was convoluted and had used copper (a no-no) and had them replace the main valves to the house that no longer worked. The new ball valves will make it much faster in the event of a water leak emergency.
