10/25 update: We just finished our third major bathroom renovation project with Little Tommy in the past 7 years (with lots of little projects in between). All of my original impressions still hold. As with any large project, we again had a few hiccups along the way and Tommy and his people did a fantastic job of responding and solving the problems. Love these guys! Our hot water heater died and Josh came out literally 10 minutes after I made the call to assess the situation. He made a minor tweak to see if the old one would relight and said it wouldn’t last (which it didn’t—but not his fault!). Two days later we were up and running with a new and better hot water heater. Reasonable price (I’d gotten an alternate quote with a ton of upselling involved) with NO upselling! And they came out earlier than expected to do the installation. Fast, neat, efficient, and just an all-around nice guy. Steve and now Josh are my favorites! Highly recommend these guys!

My hot water heater failed. I called customer service where I encountered courteous and knowledgeable answers to my concerns from Kelly. Ryan was dispatched to review my situation. He arrived and, after a brief conversation, we decided on an approach. He said, 'I will be back in 30 minutes,' and he was. Ryan was very knowledgeable, friendly, and worked quickly. He answered my questions and completed in a couple of hours. A big plus for me was that Ryan put on shoe covers when he entered the house. I am very pleased by the quick resolution to my problem and the interaction with the staff. Both Ryan and Kelly were great to work with.
